Your start in the Product Development Team at ESN & More! 

As a Quality Manager (gn) in Product Development, you will be responsible for ensuring the marketability and legally compliant labeling of our products as well as for the documentation and maintenance of recipes. Your mission with us

• You support our team in ensuring the marketability of food and nutritional supplements for the ESN and More Nutrition brands
• You will be responsible for document management in product development and create product specifications using our product development software
• You are responsible for transferring our recipes to production and maintaining the associated software
• You ensure legally compliant labeling of food and food supplements in accordance with the relevant regulations
• You create and maintain certification-relevant documents (FSSC 22000) for product development
• You are actively involved in the optimization of quality-relevant processes in product development and are an interface to production-related quality management

 

Your experience & skills 

• You have successfully completed a degree in nutritional science, ecotrophology, food chemistry, food technology, sports science or comparable professional training, preferably with a focus on quality management/assurance
• Ideally, you already have professional experience in the field of quality management/assurance (especially in ensuring marketability, legally compliant labeling)
• You work independently and in a well-structured manner
• You are reliable, enjoy working in a team and impress with your motivated and open manner
• You are willing to take part in regular training and further training as required
• You have a perfect command of German and English
