  • Work with analytics, data and product teams to ensure accurate measurement, reporting and attribution, and to identify onsite and checkout-funnel opportunities.
  • Produce clear campaign reporting and performance updates, communicating key results, risks and recommended actions.
  • Work with Editorial in optimizing organic social content and creating stronger engaged prospects.
  • Stay current on platform developments, privacy and measurement changes, and emerging paid-media opportunities.
  • Help establish and maintain rigorous in-house campaign-management standards, documentation and quality assurance.

  • Strong hands-on operator who enjoys working directly in platforms and solving problems quickly.
  • Curious and proactive, with a continual-test-and-learn mindset.
  • Commercially minded, with a clear understanding of how media performance connects to revenue and customer value.
  • Well organised, able to manage multiple campaigns, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communicator who can turn complex performance data into clear recommendations.
  • Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, product, data and marketing stakeholders.
  • Positive, accountable and motivated by ambitious growth targets.

Qualifications and experience

  • 3–5 years’ experience in performance marketing, with significant hands-on responsibility for paid social and paid search.

  • Familiarity with web analytics, attribution and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Looker Studio, Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience in working with owned social channels and reporting tools, analyzing organic engagement signals.
