Sales Specialist

Copenhagen, Denmark

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to help grow Tekla's wholesale business in some of our most established markets. You will care for a portfolio of independents, specialty stores and online retailers, getting to know each partner well and finding the right way to work with each of them.

This is a full-time position based in our Copenhagen office. You will work closely with our Sales Manager, who leads our key account relationships. As the role centres on partners and seasons, it includes regular travel through the year, to our showrooms and to meet partners during the key sales windows.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Account management and growth

  • Own the commercial relationship for your portfolio across a dedicated region.
  • Conduct structured business reviews, negotiate seasonal terms and deliver year-on-year growth on your accounts.
  • Adapt your sales approach to the range of customer types across your portfolio, understanding the buying pattern of each and tailoring assortment and cadence accordingly.
  • Build customer relationships over time, through honest advice, product knowledge and consistent presence. Be the customer's voice internally and champion exceptional service standards.
  • Represent Tekla in showrooms and at key sales windows.
  • Manage order processing, sales materials and market preparations.
  • Coordinate with our sales, operations and supply chain teams to make sure orders land on time and in full.

Account development

  • Identify new opportunities in the region, balancing brand fit and commercial contribution.
  • Onboard new accounts into the portfolio, from first conversation through to a successful first season.

Reporting

  • Track account performance, sell-through and pipeline across your portfolio, and report into monthly and quarterly reviews.

We would love to hear from you if you are, or have:

  • Proven experience in wholesale sales, including managing your own accounts through several full selling seasons, ideally within premium fashion, homeware or lifestyle. Experience in the EMEA and American markets is a plus.
  • Self-directed, comfortable owning relationships and structuring your own priorities across a busy season.
  • Confident conducting business reviews and negotiating seasonal terms.
  • Curious and analytical, comfortable with data and financial detail. Excel proficiency is a must.
  • An interest in automation and new technologies, and how they can be used to build efficient sales workflows and improve customer experience.
  • Fluent in English. A second European language (Dutch, French, German, Italian, or a Nordic language) is an advantage.
  • An affinity with Tekla's approach: considered design, material-led product, and a long view on how brand is built through wholesale partnerships.

We review applications and hold interviews on an ongoing basis, with the aim of welcoming the successful candidate to the role in December 2026.
