Retail Associate (Part-time)

Purpose of the role

We are looking for a Retail Associate to join our team. This is a part time position of approximately 15 hours per week, and because of the rhythm of the role, availability on Sundays is essential.

Our ideal candidate is someone warm and curious, with a natural instinct for service. You will work in an ambitious environment where we are reimagining what modern luxury can feel like, and you will share your knowledge of our products with care, acting as a true ambassador for everything Tekla stands for.

What you will do

Every day in this role looks a little different, but you can expect to:

• Build genuine, lasting relationships with our customers, making each visit feel personal and unhurried.
• Support the store's daily operations, including sales, visual merchandising, and replenishment.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and how to care for them.
• Work both independently and with the team to ensure the day runs smoothly and to meet our shared goals.
• Take on other ad hoc duties as and when needed.

• Availability to work weekends and evenings when required.
