The Role

 

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team in our New Jersey facility. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the daily operations of our warehouse, handling goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring orders are processed and dispatched efficiently.

Reports To: Warehouse Manager 
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM 

 

Duties & Responsibilities 

 

• Goods In: Receive, inspect, and store inbound deliveries accurately and safely.
• Order Fulfilment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer and internal orders with attention to detail.
• Goods Out: Load outbound shipments in line with carrier schedules and delivery requirements.
• Inventory Control: Support stock checks, cycle counts, and ensure accurate records in the system.
• Equipment Use: Safely operate manual handling equipment including pallet jacks.
• Health & Safety: Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or incidents promptly.
• Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all warehouse zones.
• Team Support: Assist colleagues and support other operational functions as needed.

 

Essential Skills

 

Preferred:

 

• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics role.
• Physically fit and able to lift/move products up to 50 lbs.
• Good level of English (spoken and written).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player.

 

Desirable:

 

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Experience in tech or high-value product handling
