Procurement & Operations Coordinator

Singapore

Techary redefines the way customers procure, implement, and support their organisations' technology, providing an innovative alternative to the traditional Managed Service Provider (MSP) / Value-Added Reseller (VAR) approach.

Our concept, “Technology, done differently”, embodies our belief that the way our customers consume and utilize technology should innovate at the same pace as the technology itself.

Our customers range from small start-ups to global enterprises. From designing, deploying and managing infrastructure stacks within low-latency financial trading environments, to relocating the headquarters of a global fintech firm, our operations span multiple markets, industries and geographies.

Techary have helped customers scale their operations globally, gain an advantage in financial markets, enabled mission-critical projects and, most importantly, implemented technology that delivers alpha-accelerating business transformation.

The Role

We are seeking a versatile and detail oriented Procurement & Operations Support Coordinator to join our Singapore team. This role combines hands on procurement execution with cross-functional operational coverage across Procurement, Partner Operations, and Logistics within the APAC region.

This role sits within Techary's global Sales Operations function, working collaboratively across all Techary entities worldwide. You will be a key connector between regional APAC activity and the broader global organisation, ensuring alignment in processes, data, and operational standards across every Techary entity.

Working closely with the wider Procurement & Operations team, you will gain exposure to the full procurement cycle from order request through to fulfilment while also providing critical support to ensure business continuity during periods of absence and resolving operational issues quickly and efficiently.

This shared responsibility model ensures that:

  • No single point of failure exists within the team.
  • Errors are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Knowledge is cross functional, supporting collaboration and resilience across the APAC region.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can adapt across different operational workflows, helping to maintain consistency and minimise business disruption in a fast paced, international environment.

Location

Singapore (5 days in Office, Mon–Fri 9–5)

Duties & Responsibilities

Procurement Support

  • Process purchase order (PO) requests in line with Techary's global procurement policy.
  • Liaise with regional and international suppliers to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery schedules across APAC markets.
  • Track orders from confirmation through to delivery, managing returns and RMAs as required.
  • Support the handling of vendor queries, invoice approvals, and error resolution in order fulfilment.
  • Escalate and resolve procurement or delivery issues impacting business operations.
  • Maintain procurement records and update supplier databases with accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in generating procurement reports and basic spend analysis for the APAC region.

Partner Operations Support

  • Manage vendor and distributor portal access, logins, and troubleshooting.
  • Track and maintain rebate submissions, deal registrations, and certification compliance.
  • Support internal teams with partner programme requirements, audits, and documentation.

Logistics Support

  • Assist with domestic and international shipment bookings, returns, and tracking across the APAC region.
  • Support compliance with customs, freight, and import/export documentation relevant to Singapore and surrounding markets.
  • Provide cover for warehouse tasks (receiving, packing, labelling, inventory checks) when required.

Error Resolution & Coverage

  • Assist in resolving operational errors across procurement, partner, and logistics processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Provide reliable coverage for colleagues during sickness, annual leave, or high-workload periods.
  • Maintain clear handover notes and process documentation to ensure smooth transitions across time zones.
  • Coordinate with cross-regional teams globally to ensure seamless operational continuity.

Essential Skills

  • 1–3 years' experience in procurement, logistics, operations, or vendor/partner management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve errors independently.
  • Excellent organisation and multitasking ability to adapt across functions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other regional languages is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with order processing systems, vendor portals, or shipping platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with APAC supplier markets, regional logistics, or import/export processes is a plus.

Strengths & Values

  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Works effectively with colleagues across teams and regions, including global counterparts in different time zones, to provide seamless cross-functional cover.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to step into different workflows — procurement, partner operations, or logistics — depending on team need.
  • Accountability: Takes ownership of operational errors and ensures continuity with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Continuous Improvement: Keen to learn, contribute ideas, and help improve processes across all operational functions.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Builds cross-functional understanding to strengthen the wider team and reduce dependency on individuals.
