About the team
The Global Marketplace Optimization team builds algorithms to optimize Teads marketplace, improving performance for both supply and demand.
We’re a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, algorithm engineers, and data engineers who own the full optimization lifecycle: from research and development to production at scale.
About the opportunity
We are seeking exceptional analytical skills and a highly motivated student analyst to join our Algo Team.
In this role, you’ll serve as an analytics domain expert, and work closely with our R&D and Algo team towards optimizing company performance and profitability by analyzing and understanding our unique marketplace behavior, through AB tests and in-depth analyses.

What will you do?
- Work closely with different teams and stakeholders and become the focal point for marketplace analytics in the organization.
- Draw insights from data and provide recommendations to support algorithmic and business decision-making processes.
- Create, support, and maintain big data, reports, and dashboards to monitor product performance and evaluate the impact of new features and initiatives.
- Use exploratory data analysis techniques to identify patterns or trends in a complex data environment.
- Continuously monitor performance metrics and A/B tests to provide useful actionable insights related to products.
What will you bring to the team?
- A third-year student in a Bachelor’s degree of a quantitative field such as Mathematics / Data Science / Computer Science / Statistics or equivalent academic knowledge
- Strong abilities in SQL and Python with experience in querying different datasets.
- Outstanding analytical & technical skills with proven projects
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Great problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to details and a passion for driving continuous improvement
- Fast and independent learner
