About the role

Marketing at SurePay is accelerating. To fuel this momentum, we are looking for a Product Marketer who will serve as the critical bridge connecting Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales. Your job is to fuse Product and Marketing roadmaps together. You will step into the product teams, deeply understand our entire portfolio (from FRI to AVS), and build the unified story that connects what we build to how we sell. This is a highly autonomous, builder role where you will introduce the hygiene, processes, and foundations of what great product marketing looks like. You will sit equally within Product and Marketing, acting as a solo powerhouse who can navigate a regulated space, drive alignment across cross-functional teams, and turn ad-hoc activities into a structured, repeatable Go-To-Market (GTM) machine. Responsibilities include:

  • Own and define the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for all product updates and new releases.
  • Translate highly technical engineering specifications into clear, compelling stories, business value propositions, and external-facing technical documentation.
  • Develop external enablement content and marketing assets in lockstep with demand generation and field marketing teams.
  • Proactively research the competitive landscape and industry trends to feed actionable insights directly back into product management.
  • Act as an outward-facing representative for SurePay, managing analyst relations and presenting product value confidently in both 1-on-1 client environments and large public audiences.

About you

We are looking for a medior-plus professional (ca 4–5+ years of experience) who has been supporting B2B sales-led organizations, ready for a high-impact role and excited to take on the above challenge. You have significant product marketing experience handling complex, high-value B2B software solutions, ideally within the fintech or payment space. Experience navigating European regulated environments is a major plus. Furthermore,

  • You aren't afraid of engineering notes. You can synthesize technical data into simplified, value-driven collateral and have a strong portfolio of written product marketing materials, technical collateral, and clear value propositions.
  • You are a self starter: You will operate as a solo operator initially. You excel at navigating ambiguity, building processes, and setting up workflows entirely from scratch without an existing blueprint.
  • You have exceptional communication skills with the ability to bring cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Sales) together and get everyone on the same page.
  • Strategic Curiosity: An analytical mindset that naturally asks questions, investigates competitor moves, and seeks to understand how everything fits into the bigger picture.
