Customer Success Manager - US (EST & CST)

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our go-to-market team in the US! Only candidates already located in EST and CST will be considered.

 In this role, you will… 

  • Take ownership of the North American market and grow the business together with Account Executives across the US.
  • Build a strong network of marketing professionals in the North America market.
  • Be a part of amazing company culture and work with an awesome team of SaaS sales professionals.

 Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include…

  • Responsibility for the onboarding, adoption, renewals, growth, and advocacy of North American customers
  • Collaborating with local and global Supermetrics teams (Sales, Product, Support, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering) to provide world-class solutions and consultation to our customer's needs
  • Develop and grow your knowledge of the Supermetrics suite of products/services and industry trends to add value during every customer interaction

This position is for you if you have...

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in SaaS customer success or agency partnerships

Agency or MarTech experience is mandatory

  • Great organizational skills and ability to multitask. You know how to prioritize your work while still ensuring things get done.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach. When something needs fixing or digging, you’ll find the resources and the help needed.
  • Humble attitude. Our focus at Supermetrics is for you to succeed, so having a humble attitude and being open to new information will help you grow and, ultimately - achieve your goals!
