Lead Product Designer

We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to join us in Amsterdam and help build the future of our Data Activation offering. If you're someone who enjoys diving into complex technical products, naturally thinks in systems, and has a talent for simplifying the complex, we’d love to meet you.

This is an exciting time to join Supermetrics. With the acquisition of Relay42, we’re taking a major step forward: connecting data directly to real-time customer activation. This solves a key challenge in Marketing Intelligence and gives marketers a powerful new way to turn insights into growth. In this role, you will… 

• Lead end-to-end UX design for our Data Activation products, ensuring smooth integration, intuitive interfaces, and cohesive user experiences
• Work closely with your product trio, Product Manager and Engineering Manager, and collaborate with the broader team to align goals and deliver solutions
• Turn user insights and product data into actionable design decisions

Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include…

• Creating mockups, interactive prototypes, and polished visuals to bring ideas to life and guide development
• Taking ownership of outcomes with a cross-functional team focused on delivering meaningful value
• Using and continuously evolve our design system, Metri
• Contributing fresh, thoughtful ideas that push the product forward and help us stay ahead
• Deepening your understanding of our users to design experiences that truly connect
• Working with a highly talented, driven team that’s redefining what’s possible in data automation

This position is for you if you have…

• 9+ years of experience designing software (preferably SaaS), with a strong portfolio to show for it
• System-thinking mindset and ability to understand complex technical products
• Ability to break down complex problems and design clear, practical solutions
• Skills in quickly exploring and iterating on design ideas
• Ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on design work
• Confidence to ask questions, challenge ideas, and stand up for good design
• Openness to feedback, able to adapt, and focused on finding the best solution
• Strong skills in Figma, plus experience with AI based tools for rapid prototyping
• Strong communication skills, both in writing and speaking
• Experience running fast research to inform decisions
• Judgment to know when to follow patterns and when to break them
• Interest or background in data-driven business or marketing is a plus
