Join Super's design team, where you'll create high-quality visual content spanning digital campaigns, social media, product marketing, and brand collateral. Working within our established brand system, you'll help bring campaigns and product stories to life, playing a key role in how the business shows up across every touchpoint.

What the role involves

• Design assets for digital campaigns, social media, email, web, and in-app placements
• Build presentations, decks, and internal/external collateral using brand templates and guidelines
• Adapt existing creative into multiple formats and sizes (social, display, print) whilst maintaining visual consistency
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to turn briefs into finished designs
• Iterate quickly based on feedback from senior designers and stakeholders
• Maintain organised files and follow brand asset management practices
• Stay current on design trends relevant to our industry and audience

What we are looking for

• 1–4 years of professional graphic design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate and clearly communicate ideas in English (written and spoken)
• Comfortable working within brand guidelines and delivering consistent, on-brand work
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, feedback-receptive mindset

Nice to have

• Basic motion/animation skills (After Effects) for social or digital ads
• Experience designing for sports, gaming, or entertainment brands
