Culture Communications Specialist

As Culture Communications Specialist, you will join the Culture Communications team within our Employee Communications function, dedicated to bringing Super's culture, values, and employee experience to life. Reporting to the Director of Culture Communications, you will provide hands-on execution support across the culture programme, People & Culture initiatives, and employee engagement work. This role suits someone who enjoys creating content that resonates, supporting campaigns that stick, and helping shape a culture narrative that spans the organisation.
What the role involves
- Execute the People & Culture Employee Communications strategy in support of the Director of Culture Communications
- Create and produce content across multiple formats, including articles, campaign materials, intranet pages, digital assets, toolkits, and event materials
- Plan and deliver employee engagement activities and culture activations, ranging from global moments to local team experiences
- Ensure culture communications are consistent, on-brand, and aligned with tone of voice and the global Employee Communications strategy
- Track and report on the effectiveness of culture and engagement communications
- Partner with People & Culture colleagues to support people initiatives and strengthen the role of Employee Communications in how they land
- Support People & Culture's internal communications, including town halls, newsletters, and leadership updates
- Contribute to group-wide Employee Communications campaigns as part of the broader team
What we are looking for
- 3–5 years' experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a related field, ideally within a global or multi-market organisation; agency experience is a plus
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills
- Genuine interest in culture, employee experience, and organisational dynamics
- Strong sense of content format and presentation, with an understanding of how to position content for target audiences
- Comfortable working across a wide range of content types and channels
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborative and curious, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Confidence using AI tools as part of a content workflow
