Job Summary:

As a Junior Affiliate Operations Executive, you will be a key operational support for our Affiliate Team, handling tasks such as processing affiliate payments, managing contract workflows, and supporting partners through onboarding and campaign execution, all to ensure that financial and legal processes, affiliate partnership management, and day-to-day activities run smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to build a strong foundation in the affiliate industry. 

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a degree in Marketing / Business Administration/ Management or another relevant field
• Native Brazilian speaker with English at a business proficiency level
• Based in São Paulo or willing to relocate
• Active interest in the sports and/or iGaming industry 
• Super organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership over processes and deadlines
• Data-driven with good analytical skills & understanding of cost control
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, financial data, and operational tools
• Attention to detail and teamwork spirit
• Previous experience with Affiliate Marketing and the iGaming industry is a plus

What you'll be doing:

• Support the affiliate payments process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with relevant teams 
• Manage affiliate contracts lifecycle, from drafting and sending to tracking signatures and filing
• Upload and maintain affiliate deals, terms, and tracking links across internal platforms
• Support partners during onboarding, ensuring all operational and compliance requirements are met
• Run affiliate content checks, ensuring partners promote our brand correctly and in a compliant way
• Support promotions, new launches, and activate campaigns for both Sportsbook and Casino products
• Optimize local partners' performance through Social Media channels (WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram)
• Support the broader affiliate team with ad hoc operational tasks and unblocking operational issues 
• Liaise between our external and internal teams to develop customized content and campaigns for affiliates
