Greece

We are on a mission to pioneer the world’s next era of play. As we grow across Europe and Latin America, we’re building The Playstack - the technology powering the next generation of sports, gaming, and fan experiences. Join us, and help make it the most widely used platform in the world! From operations, to marketing, to product, we are looking for talented people who will shape how millions of customers play, watch, and connect every day.

As a People Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders in Greece, supporting the full people lifecycle across a scaling international organisation. • Partner with local and international business leaders on organisational design, talent planning, and team effectiveness.
  • Generate data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to support business growth and scalability.
  • Coach managers and leaders to build high-performing, collaborative, and accountable teams.
  • Drive performance management, engagement, and development initiatives across allocated business lines.
  • Advise on workforce planning, ensuring the right talent is in place for current and future business needs.

Talent, Culture & Development

  • Champion Super's culture and values through local activation, leadership engagement, and communication.
  • Identify and develop emerging talent through structured succession planning, and drive inclusion, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Partner with leaders to create and execute individual development plans that drive growth and leadership excellence.

Change Management & Cross-Regional Collaboration

  • Support organisational design and change management initiatives during transformations or new market expansions.
  • Bridge local operations and the wider international People team, ensuring consistency and alignment in people practices.
  • Contribute to global HR projects and share local insights to inform broader people strategies.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant employment practices in line with Greek labour law, partnering with local and global teams in Payroll, Legal, and Finance.

What we are looking for

  • 5–7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, ideally in a fast-paced, scaling, or international organisation.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing strategic people decisions.
  • Knowledge of Greek employment law and local HR compliance requirements.
  • Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills across levels of seniority.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach — comfortable moving between big-picture thinking and day-to-day execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use HR data to generate insights and support decision-making.
  • Ability to navigate complex, matrixed, and international organisational environments.
  • Fluent in English and Greek. Please submit your CV in English.

  • Training & Learning Development

Additional benefits vary by country and will be shared during the hiring process.
