Customer Rewards Specialist

You are joining Super as a Customer Rewards & Loyalty Specialist, working within a team focused on delivering a seamless and personalised rewards experience for customers. This role sits at the intersection of operations, data, and cross-functional collaboration, playing a key part in executing and refining the end-to-end rewards journey.
What the role involves
- Execute the player reward structure based on criteria established in close collaboration with the CRM department
- Oversee the end-to-end process of crediting specific rewards to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment
- Collaborate with the CRM department to align customer communication activities with personalised offers
- Collaborate with the Customer Support department to manage the intake of customer requests and ensure timely rewards fulfilment
- Identify opportunities for improvement across the rewards journey through analytical insight and programme monitoring
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in a Customer Rewards and/or Loyalty role within the betting and gaming industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities and inefficiencies within rewards journeys
- Strong programme management skills, with experience overseeing the execution of loyalty and rewards structures
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and demonstrate a positive team spirit
- Fluency in Greek and an advanced level of English
