  • Partner with commercial, operations, product, engineering, supply chain, and regional teams to ensure business plans are grounded in operational reality.
  • Identify key risks, opportunities, and value drivers across the group and communicate them clearly to senior leadership.

Executive, Board and Investor Reporting

  • Prepare high-quality financial analysis and reporting for the CFO, CEO, executive committee, Board, shareholders, and investors.
  • Develop clear, concise, and decision-oriented materials that explain business performance, strategic priorities, financial outlook, and funding needs.
  • Lead the preparation of Board-level financial planning materials, investor updates, strategic reviews, and performance analysis.
  • Ensure consistency between internal financial plans, external investor messaging, and strategic business objectives.
  • Create dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting tools to improve visibility into group performance.

  • Provide financial insight on pricing, margin improvement, working capital optimization, capital allocation, and operational scaling.
