Senior Manager of Corporate Consolidations, Strategic Finance

We're on an ambitious journey, and we're looking for a Senior Manager to lead our corporate consolidations function on our Strategic Finance team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our financial operations and partnering with senior leadership to drive long-term growth.

In this role, you'll be driving a best-in-class corporate consolidations and FP&A function. You'll work on a talented team in developing and implementing robust financial planning, analysis, and regular reporting processes. You’ll be a key partner to SVP of Finance & Investor Relations, CFO, and other business unit leaders, providing strategic financial insights and analysis to support informed decision-making at the corporate level.

 
This is a hybrid work opportunity located in New York, NY and Santa Monica, CA. We have a 3-day in-office and 2-day remote schedule.

What You'll Do

  • Lead global consolidation and modeling for budget, 36-month forecasts, and long-range planning, shaping the company's financial trajectory.
  • Oversee the corporate forecasting process, ensuring precision and timeliness to inform critical business decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling management reports to senior executives and the board, providing actionable financial insights.
  • Design and maintain sophisticated financial models for consolidation and reporting, driving business intelligence and strategic growth.
  • Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure seamless alignment between financial reporting and forecasting, fostering a cohesive financial strategy.
  • Spearhead the implementation of new FP&A tools and systems, driving technological advancements and process improvements.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the FP&A team, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to maximize individual and team performance.

What You've Done

  • You bring 8-10+ years of experience, with a strong background in corporate consolidations within a strategic finance or FP&A team in a public company environment; early career experience in financial services or consulting is highly valued.
  • A strategic thinker with a strong understanding of what "great" FP&A looks like in a large or public company.
  • Deep understanding of best practices in corporate financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear and concise insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience building and implementing financial models.
  • Experience with financial systems and data analytics tools a plus

The anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits. 

Salary Range

$155,000 - $215,000 USD
