  • Maintain templates and the People document repository, including writing SOPs and how-to guides that keep resources current and easy to find.
  • Support execution of recurring People programs (e.g., open enrollment, performance cycles, compliance training) by coordinating timelines, communications, and logistics alongside the wider People team.
  • Help create a positive, consistent employee experience throughout everyone's journey at the company, so employees feel informed and taken care of.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve processes and build more scalable ways of working as the People Operations function grows.

What You've Done

  • 3+ years of experience in HR Operations
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, process-driven work at high volume.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine service mindset toward employees at every level.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to follow established processes precisely, while proactively flagging opportunities to improve them.
  • Ability to coordinate logistics across multiple programs at once, staying organized under deadlines.
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.

What We Offer
