About The Role
The Business Development Manager plays a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and managing strategic relationships, and executing initiatives that support long-term revenue expansion. This role suits a proactive, results-driven professional with strong commercial acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
What You Will Do
- Identify, research, and evaluate new market opportunities, customer segments, and potential partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to strengthen the company’s market presence and competitiveness.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform business strategy and decision-making.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through networking, industry events, digital channels, and targeted outreach.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress toward revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients and partners.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and support long-term account growth.
- Oversee the onboarding and transition of new clients, accounts, or partnerships.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong understanding of crypto OTC markets, including pricing, spreads, liquidity, slippage, settlement, and counterparty risk.
- Solid knowledge of digital assets, blockchain fundamentals, tokens, stablecoins, and market structure.
- Experience with KYC/AML processes, compliance requirements, and institutional client onboarding.
- Familiarity with banking services, fiat on/off-ramps, virtual accounts, and crypto payment rails.
- A collaborative, results-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
