Product Manager, Stablecoin

Singapore

About the Role

StraitsX is seeking a technical and strategy-driven Product Manager to join our Stablecoin team. In this role, you will focus primarily on the technical backbone, security, and ecosystem utility of our stablecoin infrastructure, while overseeing the end-to-end delivery of features that span from smart contracts to the user interface.

You will own the product lifecycle for our smart contracts and on-chain capabilities. Your mission is to ensure our stablecoins are secure, compliant, and interoperable. While largely technical focused, you will also coordinate the necessary frontend updates required to support new networks and regulatory requirements, ensuring a seamless experience for our users.

What You Will Do

  • Own multi-chain expansion by leading the launch of stablecoins across new Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks, from technical evaluation to production-ready infrastructure.
  • Deliver seamless user experiences by partnering with frontend and design teams to integrate new chains into intuitive minting, redemption, and network selection flows.
  • Unlock on-chain adoption by enabling new utilities and ecosystem integrations that drive real usage and liquidity for our stablecoins.
  • Turn regulation into product advantage by translating AML, Travel Rule, and other regulatory requirements into scalable, user-friendly product solutions.
  • Build compliance into the stack by overseeing smart contract logic and user-facing controls that meet regulatory standards while minimizing friction.
  • Power interoperability at scale by leading cross-chain infrastructure and liquidity solutions that support seamless movement across networks.
  • Protect the ecosystem by defining smart contract upgrade paths and owning on-chain security strategy, including monitoring, threat detection, and external audits.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3 to 5 years of Product Management experience, preferably with a background in Web3, or blockchain infrastructure.
  • Ability to visualize the product and understand how a backend change cascades into frontend requirements.
  • Deep knowledge of the blockchain ecosystem, including how stablecoins interact with bridges, DEXs, and other protocols.
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize security in product design, familiar with common smart contract risks.
  • Ability to balance technical constraints with commercial goals, translating business needs into executable technical roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals (EVM, gas mechanics etc). You should be comfortable reading smart contract logic to discuss architecture with engineers.
