Employer Branding (Creative Designer) Internship

About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Designer – Employer Branding Intern to support StraitsX’s employer branding initiatives across Indonesia and Singapore. In this role, you will help elevate our presence on social media, collaborate with campuses and student communities, and contribute to an engaging internship program experience.

You will work under the Employer Branding & Culture team to produce creative content, strengthen StraitsX’s visibility among students, and help attract the next generation of talent.

What You Will Do

Creative & Content Production

  • Create visual content for StraitsX’s social media channels (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn), including posters, reels, short videos, and event materials.
  • Develop assets for employer branding campaigns, career fairs, and campus events.
  • Support content planning, brainstorming, and storytelling for StraitsX’s talent attraction initiatives.

Campus Outreach & Engagement

  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to campuses in Indonesia and Singapore.
  • Coordinate with campus career centers, student organizations, and community groups to explore collaboration opportunities.
  • Help prepare materials, presentations, and visual assets for campus recruitment activities.

Internship Program Support

  • Assist in promoting StraitsX’s Internship Program to students through creative campaigns and outreach.
  • Support the planning and execution of internship engagement activities and onboarding materials.
  • Working with Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams to ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience.

General EB Support

  • Keep up with employer branding trends, creative design styles, and student preferences.
  • Help maintain content calendars and track project timelines.
  • Support ad-hoc EB and Culture initiatives when needed.

What We Are Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, or related fields.
  • Strong skills in graphic design and familiarity with tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
  • Creative thinker with good storytelling skills and a strong eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Good communication skills and confidence in reaching out to campuses or student groups.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple projects.
  • Passionate about employer branding, content creation, and youth engagement.

Accordingly, if you are located outside of the United States, your personal data will be transferred to the United States once you submit it through this site. The Controller will ensure that such transfers are subject to arrangements that provide a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.

In accordance with Section 25 of the PDPA, the Controller will cease to retain documents containing your personal data, or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, as soon as it is no longer required for (a) the purposes for which it was collected, or (b) for legal or business purposes, including considering you for future opportunities. Under the PDPA, you have the right to request access to your personal data, to request that your personal data be rectified, and to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights or to withdraw your consent, you may contact the Controller’s data protection officer using the details above.

Please note that providing your personal data is necessary for us to evaluate your job application.
