About the Role

As an Ecosystem Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing our cryptocurrency ecosystem. You’ll collaborate closely with blockchain foundations, industry partners, and community stakeholders to drive adoption, foster innovation, and enhance the overall ecosystem experience.

What You Will Do

  • Ecosystem Strategy and Development:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive ecosystem strategy aligned with our vision and business goals.
    • Identify key players, projects, and trends within the cryptocurrency space.
    • Forge high-growth strategic partnerships with blockchain foundations, exchanges, RWA platforms, DeFi protocols, and other ecosystem participants.
    • Drive initiatives to expand our ecosystem reach and influence.
    • Manage, monitor and ensure timely fulfillment of ecosystem grants’ milestones 
  • Community Engagement:
    • Cultivate a vibrant and engaged community of users, developers, and enthusiasts on key platforms, including but not limited to Telegram and X.
    • Organize events, webinars, and meetups to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration.
    • Respond to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Education and Awareness:
    • Create educational content, including blog posts, tutorials, and videos, to enhance ecosystem understanding for both internal and external stakeholders
    • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote our ecosystem initiatives.
    • Participate in conferences, workshops, and industry events to represent StraitsX and share insights.
  • Product Integration:
    • Collaborate with product managers, engineers and operations to integrate new features and services into our ecosystem.
    • Ensure seamless user experiences across our platforms in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
    • Monitor and analyse ecosystem metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Stay informed about regulatory developments related to cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry, preferably in ecosystem development, community management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and tokenomics.
  • An established network within the Web3 ecosystems will be considered an asset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Passion for driving innovation and adoption within the cryptocurrency space.
