OTC Sales Trader

What You Will Do

  • Manage existing OTC clients' relationship and daily trading executions.
  • Drive stablecoin swap/Forex trading volume by demonstrating the benefits of the company’s product and OTC services.
  • Identify business opportunities, potential clients/companies and HNW customers in APAC region to help create profitable accounts through identifying needs within the web3 or other relevant industries.
  • Work with a variety of internal teams from trading, operations, legal, and onboarding teams to resolve onboarding, transaction monitoring and periodic review issues.
  • Able to work with product, operation and BD teams to improve SOPs and OTC product.

What We Are Looking For

  • A undergraduate or postgraduate in Finance/Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
  • Prior work experience in a sales or trading team in relevant industries. (Investment Forex, Futures, Cryptocurrency and Fintech).
  • Strong knowledge & understanding of Forex market and trading, additional knowledge of cryptocurrencies will be a plus.
  • Connections within the web3 companies and SMEs with payment/cross-border transaction needs. Connection with Chinese speaking clients is a plus.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate in Chinese will be a plus.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Adapt to high-intensity work, demonstrate diverse cultural understanding and be efficient to work with different teams.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage changing priorities.
