THE ROLE
As a Cyber Incident Response Lead, your role will encompass both a strategic focus and leadership in managing cyber incident engagements in the BeNeLux region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead major incident response cases, specifically for cases that require Dutch language and have come in through the BeNeLux office. You will be required to engage with clients fluently in Dutch, providing guidance through critical cyber incidents with professionalism and assurance.
- Lead and manage team members of the incident response team, providing guidance and support to junior colleagues.
- Grow and develop our incident response service offerings across the Netherlands and broader BeNeLux region.
- Utilize existing relationships and market knowledge to strengthen our competitive position.
- Facilitate and participate in the Dutch language 24/7 on-call rota.
- Work with our global incident response leadership to ensure the delivery of exceptional client work within the region, while also playing a crucial role in helping shape the future of our global incident response practice.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic leader with extensive experience in cyber incident response. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing incident response engagements.
- Fluency in Dutch, with excellent communication skills to effectively guide clients through complex situations.
- A commercial mindset to participate in growing partnerships, particularly within the insurance and legal sectors.
- Strategic acumen to contribute to leadership meetings and influence the direction of our cyber practice.
- A good understanding of the BeNeLux cyber security market and existing relationships within the industry.
The successful candidate must have permission to work in the Netherlands by the start of their employment.
