We are seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager of Fulfillment Center Operations with experience scaling high-performing teams to join us in delivering our promise to merchants: Stress Less, Grow More.

What you'll do:

  • Responsible for defining, developing, and implementing optimized operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety within our fulfillment center. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our merchants’ B2B orders, ensuring every shipment moves through our regional fulfillment network accurately, on time and in optimal condition.
  • Collaborate with operations, product, B2B customers and fulfillment center leadership to elevate merchant satisfaction, reduce costs and accelerate order throughput.
  • Lead cross-functional improvement projects across country and region-level operations
  • Identifying workflow inefficiencies and implementing solutions that boost quality, lower expenses and optimize system performance.
  • Monitor and analyze critical KPIs to pinpoint trends, diagnose root causes and prioritize high-impact interventions. Develop and execute the B2B product roadmap, leveraging data insights to define quarterly and annual milestones, introduce new features for merchant growth and continuously refine platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to streamline order sortation, carrier selection and routing compliance, ensuring alignment with merchants’ distribution guidelines and regulatory requirements. Provide regular updates to fulfillment center leadership, customer-facing teams and executive stakeholders on order flows, carrier performance, integration status and recommended next steps for process enhancements.
  • Conduct end-to-end process mapping and value-stream analyses of each B2B order flow from entry to delivery to pinpoint bottlenecks and create standardized operating procedures that can be replicated across sites.
  • Utilize data-driven capacity modeling, process analysis, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to quantify operational constraints, validate hypotheses, and design targeted solutions that measurably boost throughput and quality. Perform in-depth evaluations of fulfillment center operations by examining material flow, equipment utilization, inventory management and layout to identify tactical improvements that streamline day-to-day workflows. Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) aimed at increasing safety, accuracy, and efficiency within fulfillment center environments. Conduct regular process audits to identify compliance gaps, mitigate risk, and ensure adherence to internal policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

 

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a closely related field, and five (5) years of experience in job offered or in operations management leadership role
    in a high-volume fulfillment or logistics environment.
  • Must have five (5) years of management experience driving continuous supply chain improvements through the development and implementation of systems and processes that optimize all production phases.
  • Must have five (5) years’ experience leading the creation and execution of long-term quality improvement plans.
  • Must have five (5) years’ experience maintaining the integrity and ongoing function of safety programs, productivity and regulatory compliance in fulfillment or logistics environment.
  • Must have five (5) years of training experience in safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Must have five (5) years of management experience coordinating project activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Must have five (5) years’experience utilizing continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kanban.
  • Must have five (5) years of experience utilizing SAP/ERP and Project Management.
