SheMed is on a mission to close the gender gap in healthcare and put women’s health front and centre. To continue scaling our reach, we’re seeking a skilled and performance-driven Paid Search Manager to help manage, optimise, and scale our paid search campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll play a key role in crafting compelling ad copy, refining targeting, testing new approaches, and monitoring performance to maximise results.

This is an office based role, located in Euston London. We operate Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. 

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:

  • Help manage strategy, and optimization of SEM and paid media campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, bing, programmatic display, and PMAX. 
  • Manage and optimise keyword and bidding strategy to drive conversions while maintaining efficient CPA. 
  • Conduct A/B testing of assets, landing pages, copy, and audiences to identify high-performing strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust budgets, bids, and targeting as needed.
  • Implement and manage robust conversion tracking strategies using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
  • Collaborate with the data team to ensure accurate conversion tracking and reporting.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 1-5 years’ experience running high-budget Google campaigns, ideally in healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword strategy, and content alignment to support paid + organic synergy. 
  • Excellent copywriting, creative briefing, and testing capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills ideally with expertise in tracking (server-side, UTMs, pixels).
  • A test-and-learn mindset with proven success in scaling paid search campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
