THE MISSION
As our Senior Product Manager for Subscriptions, you will drive the evolution of our B2C BNPL subscription product, with the goal of maximizing user value, retention, and recurring revenue. You will be the key person for scaling our fintech offering, balancing an excellent User Experience with regulatory and risk requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the subscription product strategy, managing a roadmap focused on business outcomes (LTV, retention) rather than just feature delivery;
- Evolve the subscription pricing and packaging model, managing promotional cycles to improve ARPU;
- Optimize the entire consumer funnel (onboarding, activation, and recurring usage), reducing drop-offs and simplifying the UX;
- Leverage data (cohort, churn, and conversion analysis) to drive strategic decisions and take full ownership of product KPIs;
- Partner with Legal and Risk teams to embed regulatory constraints into the design of a responsible BNPL product;
- Ensure high-quality delivery by coordinating with Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to align product goals with business milestones.
What we are looking for:
- Experience & Background
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in Fintech or with B2C subscription-based products;
- Solid understanding of monetization logic, pricing strategies, and user acquisition dynamics;
- Experience operating within regulated environments (Compliance/Risk) without compromising execution speed;
Technical Skills:
- SQL (intermediate+): Ability to query data warehouses directly - JOINs, aggregations, window functions. Self-serve on retention, churn, and cohort queries without relying on a Data team;
- Product Analytics (Amplitude or similar): Build funnels, cohort analyses, retention charts, and behavioral segments. Own the product analytics lens end-to-end;
- Google Sheets (advanced): Pivot tables, INDEX-MATCH, charting. You will own the product scorecard and key trackers - this is a daily tool, not a nice-to-have;
- Jira + Confluence: Manage backlog, write specs, track delivery - standard PM tooling;
- APIs & Webhooks (conceptual): Read API documentation, understand REST endpoints and webhook events. Able to have technical conversations with Engineering without hand-holding;
- Figma (read/navigate): Review designs, leave precise feedback, understand component libraries. You don't need to design - you need to give sharp, actionable feedback;
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset - the gap between a PM who talks about data and one who lives in data is the hiring filter here;
- Excellent communication skills to align technical and business stakeholders on a shared vision;
- Results-driven with full ownership of product KPIs and the ability to manage technical execution in scalable environments.
Hiring Process:
- A chat with one of our Talent Acquisition team members;
- An in-depth discussion with the Hiring Manager to explore your business acumen in the product world;
- A practical task to test your hard skills, followed by a presentation to our team;
- A final meeting with Simone, our CEO, to discuss our vision and core values.
