We’re currently on an exciting growth journey, scaling rapidly as demand for reliable, high-performance web scraping and data keeps rising.
Profile Overview
As our Campaign Manager, you’ll own the execution and optimization of demand campaigns across channels, from Google Ads and paid social to email, webinars, events, and our website. Reporting into the Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for campaign builds, timelines, and delivery, working closely with Marketing Operations to ensure everything is automated, accurately tracked, and optimized for performance. This is a unique opportunity to roll up your sleeves and help build the demand engine and foundations from scratch, with space to bring ideas and make a clear stamp on what we’re building.
Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be:
- Own day-to-day campaign execution and optimization across paid and email, taking full operational responsibility and driving performance forward.
- Execute the new social media strategy from scratch, launching and iterating campaigns across key channels.
- Ensure performance tracking and reporting are reliable and accurate, including supporting the consolidation and smooth operation of advertising accounts.
Your responsibilities
- Execute demand campaigns across channels (email, paid, webinars, events, website), owning build, launch, and day-to-day management.
- Own campaign timelines, coordination, and delivery in close collaboration with the Growth Marketer and the wider marketing team.
- Build, run, and optimize campaigns in platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and Capterra.
- Create and iterate on email campaigns and sequences to support demand generation.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure campaigns are correctly set up, automated, and tracked end-to-end.
- Monitor performance daily, provide execution-level insights, proactively flag underperforming campaigns and execution risks early, and run tests/optimizations to improve results.
What You bring to the table
- 3+ years of hands-on experience running and optimizing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Capterra, and similar tools.
- Experience with email marketing, including building effective email sequences.
- An execution-first mindset: comfortable being in the trenches daily building, launching, and optimizing campaigns with strong attention to detail.
- Sharp analytical thinking: able to spot patterns and performance issues quickly and act proactively (rather than reactively).
- Clear, structured communication skills, able to liaise upwards and keep stakeholders informed on what’s happening and what you’re seeing in the data.
What’s in it for You
- Ultimate flexibility: We’re 100% remote. You can work from wherever you like, whenever you like.
- Freedom and autonomy: We’re a high-trust team, and you’ll be given lots of flexibility to solve problems in your own way — with plenty of help from the team when you need it.

- Small & friendly team: We help each other out, have fun, and joke around.
- Our network: We are a community of entrepreneurial SaaS professionals that regularly exchange ideas, knowledge, learning and expertise with each other internally.
