Sales Development Representative

This role is part of the zenloop team, one of our growing brands at saas.group.

At zenloop, we help companies turn their customers into fans. With our solution, our customers are enabled to truly listen, understand sentiments and reasons - and most importantly of all - to act upon the feedback. With AI at the heart of the solution, it is easy to create AI-powered surveys for satisfaction measurement, NPS and beyond. Our CXM platform delivers actionable insights towards customers as well as in-house. Our team works remote first, but our hub is in Berlin.

Profile Overview

Zenloop is on the lookout for a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team in Germany. In this position, you’ll play a crucial role in driving growth for zenloop, researching and engaging new leads, starting new relationships, and nurturing leads through our pipeline. The role provides an excellent opportunity for a junior salesperson to learn and quickly develop into a SaaS Account Executive.

Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be:

• You’ll exhibit a strong hunter mentality, with diligence, and grit
• You’ll drive growth and set our Account Executive up for success by continuously filling up his calendar.
• Within 6 months, you’ll conduct your first sales call yourself

Your responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential customers
• Conduct discovery calls with leads and qualify them
• Set up demo calls for our Account Executive and follow up on leads
• Attend and conduct sales activities at industry events
• Manage admin in the CRM

What You bring to the table

• A first experience in a similar position
• At least 1 year experience doing SaaS outreach activities
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken German and English
• Outstanding diligence, resilience, and grit
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• A hungry mentality and eagerness to learn
