You Will:
- Analytical Support & Insights
- Partner with the Account Management team to provide data-driven insights that support revenue, margin, and performance optimization
- Analyze data from internal systems and translate findings into clear, actionable business recommendations
- Reporting & Data Solutions
- Design, build, and maintain scalable reporting and dashboard solutions for key stakeholders
- Translate local market business requirements into structured data outputs and reporting frameworks
- Process Design & Optimization
- Conceptualize, recommend, and implement standardized guidelines and repeatable processes to improve efficiency and consistency
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational performance
- Data Governance
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reporting outputs
- Establish best practices for data validation and ongoing quality control
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives (e.g., AM, Sales, Tech) to improve business operations across the Greater China region
Desired Experience:
- 5 years of experience in data-driven roles within adtech, finance, consulting, or performance / growth marketing
- Prior experience in analytical functions (e.g., analytics, FP&A, strategy, performance optimization) preferred
- Exposure to client-facing environments or stakeholder management is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions
- Proven experience working with core business metrics (e.g., revenue, margin, ROI, CAC) and making trade-off decisions
- High attention to detail with a structured approach to problem-solving
- Basic understanding of retargeting and the RTB model
- Familiarity with e-commerce and online advertising ecosystems, especially within APAC markets
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, g-suite
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive initiatives end-to-end
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working with ambiguity
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Tech)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken
