Junior Procurement Analyst
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Junior Procurement Analyst to join our growing Finance team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional with a strong interest in procurement, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration. You’ll play a key role in executing and continuously improving procurement strategies while managing sourcing processes across various spend categories such as IT, HR, Marketing, Facilities, and Corporate Services.
Working closely with our Procurement Lead and internal teams, you’ll help drive efficiency, compliance, and value in our purchasing operations. We are especially interested in graduates or soon-to-be graduates with a background in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields, who are eager to grow in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
While the role is primarily remote, it is essential that the candidate is permanently based in Buenos Aires or the surrounding metropolitan area (GBA). Occasional physical presence may be required to support general administrative and procurement-related tasks.
Please note: this role is not suitable for candidates living outside of Buenos Aires or those planning to relocate (e.g., to other cities or abroad). Long-term residence in Buenos Aires is a must.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the execution of procurement strategies
- Conduct market research to identify, evaluate, and recommend potential vendors
- Help negotiate pricing and commercial terms for products and services
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures throughout the process
- Monitor and track purchase requests, purchase orders, and delivery schedules
- Provide guidance to internal teams on procurement processes and tools
- Maintain accurate procurement data and documentation using Excel and internal systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize procurement needs and timelines
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed on-site
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Business Administration, Economics or related field
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong drive to follow processes
- Knowledge in Excel and basic data tracking
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable communicating and writing in English
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn

- Previous internship or work experience in procurement, finance, or operations.
