The AI Lead is a high-impact role responsible for architecting and delivering end-to-end AI & Agentic Automation solutions for enterprise clients.This position sits at the intersection of technical delivery, strategy, and leadership. You will act as a trusted advisor to US-based clients, translating complex requirements into scalable AI & Agentic automation solutions that drive genuine business value. Beyond delivery, you will play a pivotal role in organisational growth: building, mentoring, and upskilling a high-performing technical team to execute on the next generation of AI capabilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Strategic Client Consultancy: Operate as a "Forward Deployed" lead, working directly with stakeholders to decompose ambiguous business problems into executable technical roadmaps and mitigate delivery risks. 

• Hands-on Engineering: Actively develop, prototype, and ship production-grade solutions for Agentic AI implementations, utilising Google Vertex AI, Gemini & Open Source models, Lang eco system and Agent Development Kit (ADK) on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). 

• Advisory for customers around competing product landscape on when to use what from Microsoft co-pilot eco system, UiPath and Lang eco system, Google and many others 

• Solution Architecture & Integration: Design scalable RAG pipelines and secure architectures that integrate AI models into broader Hyperautomation frameworks (RPA, IDP, Low-Code, and legacy data systems). 

• Technical Leadership & Practice Growth: Scale the AI practice by recruiting and mentoring talent, while enforcing engineering excellence through deep-dive code reviews, MLOps / LLMOps standards, MCP and methodology development. 

 REQUIREMENTS 

• 8+ years of total software (backend) development experience, including: 

• 4+ years of hands-on Python (AI/ML will be a plus) 

• 4+ years of experience in a client-facing technical lead role, driving solution delivery and consulting directly with external stakeholders. 

• Hands-on experience with the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Lang ecosystem, specifically Vertex AI, Gemini, and the Google Agent Development Kit (ADK). 

• Proven track record of managing and mentoring technical teams to deliver outcomes while remaining hands-on with code. 

• AI Depth: Strong working knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and agent orchestration patterns (e.g., ReAct, tool-use, multi-agent) 

• Experience with Data Integration (moving data between disparate systems using APIs, SQL) and Process Automation (platforms like UiPath/Power Platform) will be a plus.
