Senior ISO Implementer

About the Role

 

The selected person will take over the portfolio of clients and projects currently managed by Aida Cepa, in the area of compliance, quality, data protection and cybersecurity, continuing the services provided to clients such as IPCA, as well as Roboyo's internal management systems.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

• Implement and maintain certifiable management systems (ISO 9001)

• Coordinate internal and external audits, including scheduling with customers and auditors.- Ensure GDPR services, including the role of Data Protection Officer (DPO).

• Manage the whistleblowing channel platform (SGPD) and other compliance platforms.

• Monitor the legislation applicable to each client and keep legal compliance management up to date.

• Manage relationships with customers and external partners, including commercial proposals and control of service hours/credits.

• Support presentations and demonstrations of solutions and software to customers.

 

Mandatory Requirements

 

• Higher education in Administration, Management, Quality, Engineering, Information Security or similar area.

• Proven experience in implementation and auditing of ISO management systems (9001, 14001 and/or 27001).

• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection.

• Experience in legal compliance management and regulatory monitoring.

• Good communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Mastery of Excel and Microsoft 365 productivity tools.

 

Valued Requirements

 

• Knowledge of NIS2 and experience with CNCS.

• Experience with ISO 27701, ISO 37001 or ISO 13485.

• Knowledge of supplier management processes and due diligence.

• Certification as an internal auditor/leader in ISO standards.
