Key Responsibilities 

• Spot and realise automation opportunities in complex environments. 
• Advise our clients on orchestrating and integrating automation solutions in their information systems landscape and across platforms. 
• Develop and deliver innovative automation concepts focused on user experience and business value. 
• Actively engage with our clients, collaborate with diverse teams and tech partners to optimise processes, bring fresh perspectives applying agile and hybrid project methods. 

Qualifications 

• You’ve got at least 2 years of hands-on experience with automation tech and platforms, e.g., UiPath, Appian, MS Power Platform, AWS, Azure, n8n, ABBY, Celonis, Blueprism, Copilot, etc
• You’re a bridge-builder between business and IT—solid coding and integration skills, (comfortable with coding and integration, incl . C#, Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, BPM, low-code/no-code tools) but not a hardcore developer. 
• Keep learning, help shape best practices and community activities. 
• You’re curious and learning about AI frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex, and multi-agent systems - and keen to explore how they fit into process automation. 
• You see the bigger picture: platforms, end-to-end solutions, and how systems work together. 
• You thrive in agile or hybrid projects, working closely with clients and teams, not afraid of taking the lead. Fluent in German and English.
