Job summary

We are seeking an Intelligent Automation Senior Consultant to join our automation team and collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality automation solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for leading project workstreams, analyzing data and information, and making recommendations to clients. You will work closely with our team of consultants to deliver solutions that address client needs.

Role Specific

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead project workstreams and manage the delivery of automation solutions for our clients. Your expertise in Hyperautomation technologies and process excellence will be key in developing innovative solutions to address complex business challenges.

You will have the ability to lead projects independently or work as part of a team on larger programs. Additionally, you will manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related activities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and collaborating effectively with stakeholders—such as project teams, subject matter experts, and business users—is essential. You will also stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, providing thought leadership to clients and internal teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering projects that focus on our clients’ hyperautomation target operating models, covering areas like strategy, governance, change management, and communications. You will prepare and facilitate workshops, interviews, and deliver benchmark reports, roadmaps, and business cases, while leveraging relevant examples and experiences to support your advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams, managing project scope, budget, and timelines.
• Analyze data and information to make actionable recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with the automation team to deliver tailored solutions for client needs.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually improve consulting services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives by assessing the client’s specific context, challenges, and culture, adapting your approach accordingly.

Must-have qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in process design and intelligent automation.
• Strong track record in project management and data analysis.
• Knowledge in at least one consulting area, such as strategy, transformation, digitization, or technology.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building lasting client relationships.
• Experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, RPA, IDP, AI implementation, and Conversational AI.
• Strong understanding of operations optimization, process analysis, process modeling, and process automation.
• The ideal candidate must currently based in the US and authorized to work without visa sponsorship.

Nice-to-have qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• LEAN/Six Sigma certification (a plus).
