Role Overview
We’re hiring a Sales & Partnerships Associate to support business development efforts across enterprise healthcare, life sciences, and adjacent sectors. In this role, you’ll identify and qualify leads, help manage partner relationships, support pilots and proposals, and play a key part in communicating RISA’s value to potential clients.

Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Research, identify, and qualify prospective clients and partners in healthcare, pharma, insurance, and related industries.
- Pipeline Support: Help manage the sales pipeline, track conversations, and follow up with leads and prospects using CRM tools.
- Proposal Development: Assist in preparing pitch materials, demos, and customized proposals for potential clients.
- Relationship Management: Support ongoing communication with existing and prospective partners to ensure consistent engagement and alignment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure external conversations are backed by strong internal alignment.
- Market Research & Insights: Stay up to date on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor offerings to support positioning and strategy.
- Event & Conference Support: Represent RISA Labs at industry events, conferences, and partnership forums to build relationships and source new opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or client-facing roles (internships welcome)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you're comfortable talking to anyone, from operators to executives
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through
- A fast learner who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to take initiative
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and a general familiarity with B2B SaaS or healthtech is a plus
- Passion for transforming systems in healthcare, AI, or infrastructure-heavy industries is a major bonus
