Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Intern to join us as part of the RISA Fellows program. In this role, you’ll support our product team in a range of activities, from research and user testing to feature design and market analysis. You’ll gain exposure to all facets of the product lifecycle and contribute to key product decisions that affect both our customers and the company’s growth.

This internship is ideal for someone interested in exploring product management, user experience, and the intersection of tech and healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Product Research: Conduct research to understand user needs, pain points, and industry trends — particularly in healthcare and regulated industries.
• User Feedback: Help design and analyze surveys, user interviews, and product tests to validate new features and ideas.
• Collaborate on Product Roadmap: Support product managers by tracking key metrics, helping prioritize features, and participating in roadmap discussions.
• Create Product Documentation: Write user stories, requirements, and feature specs to support product development and design teams.
• Support Cross-Functional Teams: Work with engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless product execution and feature delivery.
• Help with Product Launches: Contribute to go-to-market strategies and internal communication around new product releases.
• Learn by Doing: Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and product reviews — and actively contribute your ideas.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you're comfortable with data and excited to apply it to real-world problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in healthcare technology, AI, or product management
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Figma, Jira, or Google Analytics is a plus
