Senior Associate - Strategic Execution

Role Overview
We are seeking a mission-driven Senior Associate - Strategic Execution to work directly alongside the CEO and the leadership team, driving clarity, momentum, and execution across the company. This is a high-trust, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and internal communication. You’ll coordinate key initiatives, and ensure cross-functional alignment during a critical phase of scale.
You’ll be entrusted with deep visibility into the most strategic parts of the company — from product bets and hiring plans to customer development and investor relations. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker, deeply curious, and thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Own key workstreams, OKR tracking, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure the company executes on its strategic goals.
- Executive Partnership: Work as a force multiplier for the CEO — helping prioritize, prep for, and follow through on critical conversations, from internal syncs to board meetings.
- Cross-Functional Glue: Be the connective tissue across product, science, engineering, ops, and external stakeholders — ensuring that information flows and actions follow.
- Investor & Partner Communication: Assist in crafting high-quality narratives and materials for partners, investors, customers, and press.
- Culture & Internal Ops: Shape company rituals, all-hands planning, internal communication, and feedback loops to help build a high-trust, high-velocity team environment.
- Special Projects: Lead or support one-off projects that don’t have a natural owner but are critical to our success.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in strategy roles as chief of staff, founder, investor, consultant, operator, or product leadership , ideally in a high-growth or early-stage tech environment
- Strong writing and communication skills, you’ll shape messaging across many channels and stakeholders
- Analytical and structured thinker, with a knack for clarity and synthesis
- High EQ and judgment, able to work through conflict, protect confidentiality, and navigate sensitive internal dynamics
- Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and bring order to chaos
- Deep curiosity for healthcare, infrastructure, or public systems, or a personal motivation that drives your mission
