Paid Social Ads Coordinator – Reform UK

Reform UK is looking for a strategic and results-driven individual to join our digital team as a Paid Social Ads Coordinator. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, focused group working at the cutting edge of political communications—delivering high-impact advertising campaigns seen by millions of British voters each week.

We’re seeking someone who is data-savvy, creative under pressure, and passionate about using paid media to drive real-world change. If you love optimising performance, testing new strategies, and working with purpose, this role is for you.

Location: Full-time, Westminster, London

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on our paid social advertising campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, and others.

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise campaigns with performance goals in mind: reach, engagement, conversions, and voter acquisition.

  • Collaborate with our in-house content, video, and design teams to create compelling, high-performing ads.

  • Maintain tight control over ad budgets, targeting parameters, and A/B testing protocols to maximise ROI.

  • Produce weekly and monthly reports analysing ad performance, spend, reach, and key learnings.

  • Stay across platform updates, political ad policies, and best practices to ensure all campaigns remain compliant and effective.

  • Provide rapid support for live events, campaign launches, and breaking news, helping deploy targeted ads under tight deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience managing paid social campaigns—ideally with six-figure monthly budgets.

  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, X Ads, YouTube/Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.

  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.

  • Ability to communicate complex performance insights clearly to non-technical team members.

  • High attention to detail and a proactive attitude to problem-solving.

  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-moving political environment.

  • Political awareness and understanding of the news cycle is desirable.

  • Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) is a plus.

  • Examples of previous ad campaigns or performance results are welcomed.
