Work on our paid social advertising campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, and others.
-
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise campaigns with performance goals in mind: reach, engagement, conversions, and voter acquisition.
-
Collaborate with our in-house content, video, and design teams to create compelling, high-performing ads.
-
Maintain tight control over ad budgets, targeting parameters, and A/B testing protocols to maximise ROI.

Stay across platform updates, political ad policies, and best practices to ensure all campaigns remain compliant and effective.

Proven experience managing paid social campaigns—ideally with six-figure monthly budgets.
-
Excellent knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, X Ads, YouTube/Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.
-
Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
-
Ability to communicate complex performance insights clearly to non-technical team members.
-
High attention to detail and a proactive attitude to problem-solving.
-
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-moving political environment.
-
Political awareness and understanding of the news cycle is desirable.
-
Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) is a plus.
-
Examples of previous ad campaigns or performance results are welcomed.
