Freelance Talent Pool: Event Producer
Reform UK is expanding its freelance events talent pool and is seeking driven, experienced Event Producers to help deliver a programme of high-profile, broadcast-ready political events across the United Kingdom.
This is an opportunity to join a small, trusted team responsible for producing some of the most visible political conferences and rallies in the country. The environment is fast-paced, high-pressure, and outcomes matter. We are looking for people who thrive in that setting.
You will work primarily from Reform UK’s Westminster HQ, with regular travel required at short notice, including evenings and weekends.
What to expect:
As a Freelance Event Producer, you will work with our in-house team to take ownership of events from concept through to delivery, ensuring each production meets Reform UK’s creative, operational, and political objectives.
You will be responsible for:
- Owning the end-to-end delivery of assigned events, from initial concept to live execution and breakdown
-
Developing creative approaches to event delivery while maintaining message discipline and brand standards
-
Sourcing, securing, and assessing venues nationwide, including conducting site visits and feasibility reviews
-
Managing event budgets, supplier contracts, and financial controls
-
Producing health & safety documentation, including risk assessments and operational briefings
-
Working closely with the Event Lead to resolve issues, make decisions on logistics and production, and deliver under pressure
What We’re Looking For
- Candidates with a background in Event Planning and/or Production.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- A full UK driving licence is preferable.
- A proactive, can-do mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
