Digital Designer(UX/UI) - Fluix

What you will do in this role:
- Take ownership of user experience on our website. Review UX, identify shortfalls, and implement best practices to increase conversion and ensure continuity from first engagement through to conversion. Responsible for user journeys on the main fluix website and landing pages.
- Evolve and maintain our website design system – Collaborate with the Head of Design and marketing team to refine and expand our website’s visual language, with a particular focus on interaction design, motion, and illustration.
- Design and develop high-impact web experiences – Lead the design of key website initiatives, from conversion-driven landing pages to immersive storytelling experiences that elevate our brand and engage users.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering – Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our website seamlessly integrates brand, UX, and performance, incorporating motion and illustration to enhance engagement.
- Own the end-to-end design process – From concept to execution, ensure that animations, illustrations, and interactive elements align with brand guidelines, UX best practices, and business goals.
- Mentor, inspire, and support – Share your knowledge, and foster a culture of continuous learning and creative excellence within the team.
About you:
- Experience in agency or in-house design teams, with a track record of leading impactful website and digital brand projects.
Strong creative problem-solving skills and versatility across UX/UI, interaction design, with proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC. - Proven ability to lead website projects from initial concept through to launch, keeping stakeholders informed and collaborating effectively across teams.
- Ability to make data-driven design decisions, using audience insights, analytics, and A/B testing to refine and optimize web experiences for maximum impact.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, partnering closely with marketers, engineers, and product teams to deliver high-performing digital experiences.
- Strong attention to detail—balancing creativity with business objectives and technical constraints while ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery across multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate design rationale to non-designers, present ideas to senior stakeholders, and advocate for best-in-class web design.
- Self-motivated and organized, able to manage priorities effectively in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
