Business Development Representative (BDR) - Fluix Team

Fluix by Readdle is a software-as-a-service document management solution for companies of all sizes. The collaborative service offers everything to build and control the flow of documents from the office to mobile employees and back, all from the cloud. Fluix’s iOS app enables users to create, annotate, fill out, and sign PDF forms/agreements on the go. Our customers include Siemens, BMW, Scandinavian Airlines, Roche Farma, Vestas, Zurich Insurance, and hundreds of others.
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) for Fluix, you will own the outbound sales process via Linkedin and emails to deliver qualified sales opportunities for the Fluix Sales team.
What you will do:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.
- Qualification: Thoroughly qualify leads to determine their level of interest, needs, and fit for Fluix's solutions.
- Engagement: Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their pain points and effectively communicate how Fluix can address their challenges.
- Demo Scheduling: Collaborate with Sales Executives to schedule product demonstrations and meetings with qualified leads.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and update lead information in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of all interactions and progress through the sales pipeline.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Strategies: Create, develop, and execute sales strategies across differing industries within a given territory to identify leads and engage in conversations.
- CRM Management: Work within the CRM to maintain a clean lead database, while assisting your Account Executives in ensuring CRM cleanliness
About you:
- You have 3 years of experience with sales prospecting tools (such as Sales Navigator, Outreach, or other platforms) and using social media for lead generation.
- You have experience selling SaaS technology solutions or services in a transactional manner.
- You are self-disciplined in your approach to work
- Advanced English (both written and spoken)
