Intern PMO & Delivery Team (m/f/d)

Team

Our team operates as an independent function dedicated to supporting Engineering, Product, and Business units in their mission to deliver exceptional value. We act as catalysts for cross-functional efficacy, bridging departments to ensure a well-planned, timely, and prioritized impact on our customers, partners, and Raisin itself. By focusing on portfolio governance, program management, and project delivery, we enable seamless strategy execution and driving delivery excellence across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support company-wide processes, governance, and activities related to planning, progress updating, and performance monitoring.
  • Maintain and improve efficient communication networks, documentation standards, and project management structures.
  • Generate accurate and timely reports utilizing basic data analytics to aid strategic decision-making.
  • Optimize delivery predictability by managing the tool setup, mapping OKRs into Jira (VIs, epics, stories), and implementing workflow automations.
  • Assist in program and project management, focusing specifically on risk management, change management, timeline planning, and stakeholder management.
  • Drive and endorse the continuous improvement cycle at both the portfolio and project levels.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication by identifying the optimal context, level of detail, and frequency for each unique type of stakeholder.

Your Profile

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
  • Initial practical experience gained through internships, student jobs, or major university projects, ideally with some exposure to project management.
  • Strong interest in project management methodologies and agile software development, combined with an eagerness to deepen this knowledge.
  • A keen interest or first insights into the banking, finance, or FinTech sector (a distinct plus).
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Confluence and Jira, or a high level of motivation to master them quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • A critical thinker who is exceptionally well-organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with effective time-management skills.
  • A fast learner who demonstrates proactive initiative when picking up new tools, concepts, and tasks.
  • A collaborative team player who also works well independently, staying open-minded and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • A highly motivated, ambitious attitude with a strong commitment to growing professionally while contributing to the team's success.
