Team
You will join our B2C DACH Team, which manages our core markets in Germany and Austria. We are a collaborative group of commercial and growth professionals focused on delivering exceptional platform experiences, maintaining high customer trust, and driving sustainable, cost-effective customer acquisition. In this role, you will work closely with the Country Head DACH and collaborate across Product, Tech, Investment/Pension, and broader Marketing departments to scale our partner channel.
Your Responsibilities
As our Senior Affiliate Manager DACH, you will take full ownership of driving performance-based customer growth through affiliate and strategic brand partnerships. You will act as both a strategic manager and a hands-on executor to acquire new partners and maximise the performance of existing relationships.

- Proactive Partner Acquisition ("Hunting"): Continuously map, identify, and acquire high-converting new partners (financial comparison engines, specialised publishers, content creators, and influencers) and strategic brand-to-brand partnerships using direct outreach and industry networks.
- Key Account Growth ("Farming"): Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with top-tier DACH affiliate partners. Conduct regular site audits to ensure integrations, interest rates, landing pages, and promotional assets remain accurate and fully optimised.
- Cross-Functional & Product Line Expansion: Collaborate closely with specialised teams (such as Investment and Pension) to launch targeted affiliate initiatives that drive acquisition for specific high-growth financial products.
- Operational & Tracking Excellence: Ensure seamless tracking setup, precise campaign attribution, remuneration contract management, and efficient invoicing processes across our network partners (e.g., Impact, financeAds).
- Data-Driven Performance & Cost Control: Rigorously monitor channel performance, competitor activities, and market trends using Looker and HubSpot. Ensure cost efficiency and ROI superiority compared to other paid acquisition channels.
- Process Innovation & Internal Advocacy: Continually evaluate, test, and innovate our affiliate processes while serving as the primary subject matter expert and advocate for marketing partnerships across the company.
