Atlassian Systems Engineer (f/m/d)

Team
As an Enterprise IT Atlassian Systems Engineer, you will join an international and dynamic team of IT professionals that supports the growth and internal IT operations of Raisin globally. Enterprise IT is split into two sub-teams: IT Support, offering delightful support for our colleagues, and the IT Services team, who are responsible for Raisin’s endpoint fleet, office infrastructure, and tool integrations.
Your Responsibilities
- Leading the design and implementation of complex platform architecture projects and requests.
- Partnering with Team Leads and other requestors to translate high-level goals into scalable Atlassian solutions.
- Driving automations and AI enablement to create measurable efficiency and performance value for Raisin.
- Owning the connection points between Atlassian and the tech stack, including Google, Slack, and MDMs.
- Building custom webhooks and API calls where native integrations are insufficient.
- Managing permissions, security levels, and Atlassian Access to ensure data remains secure and compliant with industry standards.
Your Profile
- Deep experience in the administration and engineering of the Atlassian suite.
- Mastery of JQL for complex reporting and a solid understanding of Atlassian data models.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects from inception to completion, such as migrations or complex Jira configurations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical leaders.
- A proactive approach to security and compliance within a cloud-based environment.
