Upon successfully completing this traineeship, you will have the opportunity to take the next step in your career with QS Vets, with potential for a positions in our business development team.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Cold Calling Champion: You call 50 prospects, get 45 no's - and enthusiastically call number 46 because you know that one 'yes' could mean a long-term partnership.
• Global Relationship Builder: Build lasting partnerships with clients from Amsterdam to Uzbekistan.
• Deal Closing Machine: From first coffee conversation at a conference to first deal - you're a closer who knows how to create win-win situations.
• Strategic Growth Hacker: You dive into data, use our CRM and discover patterns others miss, and take ownership to grow your market with strategic insights.

👋 Who You Are:

• Have the right mindset: You see rejections as free feedback, not personal defeats.
• Show endless energy: Monday 9:00 AM you're back, full of optimism after a week full of 'no's' - because you know every 'no' brings you closer to 'yes'.
• Communicate naturally: People immediately feel comfortable with you - whether in English or your native language (e.g. German, Polish etc)
• Are eager to learn: You absorb feedback like a sponge, implement it immediately, and ask for more.
• Your glass is always half full: You see possibilities in every situation, not limitations. "Never heard of QS Vets?" Perfect, then you get the honor of being the first to inform them about this game-changer!
• Languages: Next to business level English, you also are a native speaker in another EU language (e.g. Czech, Polish,German, Italian, French, Portuguese)
• Bonus: Experience through internships/part-time jobs is nice, but ultimately it's your mentality and drive that truly makes the difference.

• €2,750 per month (excluding holiday pay)

• 7-month Traineeship with opportunity to grow within the team after the Traineeship
