What will you do?

Market Ownership

• Further develop existing clients through strong relationships. You are the company.
• Develop new distribution channels and strategic partnerships
• Negotiate with diverse client types, ranging from veterinarians, buyers, or owners
• Determine and execute market strategies with autonomy

Business Development

• Identify unknown prospects and warm them up through various channels
• Manage complex sales cycles from first contact to deal closing
• Gather competitive analysis and market intelligence
• Recognize business opportunities and transform them into actual deals

Who are we looking for?

Track Record

• 5+ years of proven success in building new markets or territories
• International B2B experience with demonstrable results
• Experience with complex stakeholder management in trading/distribution environments
• Fluent in English and either German, Italian, Bulgarian, Romanian, Czech 

Mindset

• Entrepreneurial attitude with ownership mentality
• Strategic thinker who also likes to be active in execution
• Comfortable with autonomy and responsibility
• Results-oriented in your approach - a no is a no until it becomes a yes
