You will work full-time at our office in Phuket.
Your Responsibilities – contra boring, PRO YOU
- Responsibility: As the central point of contact, you handle the cases coming through Service Now and ensure a quick resolution of problems through an analytical approach.
- Error Analysis: Through precise diagnostics and deep dives into databases, networks, and servers, you identify root causes and ensure stable, high-performance operations, resolving issues ranging from server installations and maintenance to database and server configura-tions as well as network infrastructures.
- Monitoring: In defined monitoring layers, you monitor customer systems in real time and proactively respond to the traffic light system.
- Continuous Improvement: By continuously analyzing cases, you further develop internal processes and technical standards.
- Collaboration: Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams across Europe and Asia.
Your Profile – contra standard, PRO YOU
- Completed vocational training in the IT field or degree in computer science / IT-related studies
- Professional experience: Basic technical understanding and fundamental IT knowledge
- Expertise: Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and servers, experience with ticketing systems
- Personality: Analytical working style, high level of self-organization, strong communication skills
- Language skills: Very good English skills for communication in an international environment
Nice to have
- Knowledge of databases
- Solid understanding of ERP systems
- Experience in distributed / offshore teams
- Experience in Ticketing Systems (ServiceNow)
