Recruiter
We’re looking for a Recruiter who enjoys working independently, loves structured processes, and feels confident managing their own pipeline.
If you’re someone who can take a role, understand the requirements, and move it forward independently — we’d love to meet you.
You’ll work with international hiring managers, support high-volume recruitment, and directly contribute to the company’s growth.
What you’ll be doing
• Managing full-cycle recruitment for mass hiring roles
• Sourcing and screening candidates
• Conducting HR interviews
• Coordinating interview stages with hiring managers
• Keeping your pipeline organized and healthy
• Ensuring a smooth and friendly candidate experience
• Tracking hiring progress and sharing updates
We’d love to see
• 0,5-2 years of recruitment experience (mass hiring is a big plus)
• Confidence working independently
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Good organizational skills
• Working proficiency in English B2 or higher
• Experience with LinkedIn and ATS tools
