- Identify and develop business opportunities within the MENA region to drive growth and market penetration.
- Leverage your extensive network to acquire and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) to increase client acquisition.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the MENA market to achieve company objectives.
- Promote our multi-asset trading products, internal trading terminal, and MT5 platform to potential clients and partners.
- Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and company policies.
- Provide regular reports on market trends, business development activities, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Build and manage a local team as needed, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Minimum of 3 year of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, with a focus on cryptocurrency and CFDs.
- Proven track record in acquiring and managing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs).
- In-depth understanding of the MENA financial markets and regulatory environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both English and local language is crutial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
- Familiarity with trading platforms, especially MetaTrader 5 (MT5), and internal trading terminals.
